Tania joins our team with extensive people management and retail background. She is passionate about the patient experience and ensuring our office delivers exceptional patient care. Tania is really enjoying learning about everything related to eye health and vision therapy. Having a retail background, she also loves being involved in new frame selection and what we offer in our optical boutique. In her spare time, Tania loves to go hiking with her family and her dog. She is also an avid sports fan and in the summertime you will most likely find her cheering on her son at a baseball diamond.
Kayla is passionate about making a difference in patient’s lives. She works with both children and adults to use their visual systems to their full potential. Whether it is working with a child with a vision-related learning problem, or and adult who has suffered a concussion, Kayla enjoys helping these patients achieve their visual goals. In 2018, Kayla completed the Practical Vision Therapy Accreditation Program (PVTAP). PVTAP is a program which offers foundational training for optometrists and vision therapists. She has also completed the Optometric Extension Program Foundation (OEPF) curriculum courses in 2020. This series of specialized post-graduate courses taught the theoretical background and clinical practice of behavioural optometry and vision therapy. Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys spin classes, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

My favourite part about working here is getting to interact with all of our patients, as well as getting to be a part of an amazing team! Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going on walks with my new puppy Kairo.
Hi, my name is Jennifer and I have been in the medical field on and off since 1994. I’ve just joined the optical industry and I’m excited for the future! I really love the small, family-like environment here at Perspective Vision; it feels like home. Outside of the office I enjoy doing photography and spending time with my family. We also have a 7 year old dog named Marley, who loves kissing everyone she meets.

Outside of work I like to play ringette, the ukulele, spend time with friends and read. I also have a puppy named Marley and a three-legged cat named Auggie.

My passion for this industry is based upon helping our patients. There is nothing better than knowing I’m helping make a difference with someone’s vision. In my free time, I enjoy quilting, hiking, and bowling. I hope to see you in the office soon!
Hi, my name is Yvonne and I’ve been in the industry for 29 years. I have always loved working with patients with empathy and a sense of humour. I have a 17 year old cat named Jack, who is the most loving pet you could ever have. Now that I am semi-retired; I really enjoy being with family and friends, and one day soon I hope to get back to travelling. Most of all, I enjoy watching my four amazing Grandsons growing up!
